Sales Summary - Customers Tab
The Customers tab is used to view sales information based the type of customers involved in the vehicle sales, such as first-time service customers or repeat sales customers.
Note - The Customers tab is only available when Deal Date is selected in the Type field in the Report Criteria section when the report is requested.

To access the Customers tab, select the Customers tab on the Report Results panel on the Sales Summary screen. |
Customer Type Section
The Customer Type section is used to review details, such as the number of vehicle sales transactions and the amount of gross profit generated. This information is divided based on the type of customer, such as repeat sales customers.
Note - The Avg Gross Profit graph or the Avg Revenue graph displays in this section based on the entry in the Displayed Results field in the Report Criteria section at the top of this screen.
The All Sales by Customer Type graph displays vehicle sales for different categories of customers, such as repeat sales customers. The Sold Matches by Customer Type graph displays the number of vehicles sold to prospects for different categories of customers. The Avg Gross Profit/Revenue graph displays the gross profit or revenue generated for all sales transactions as well as vehicles sold to prospects.
The following columns are available in the Customer Type section.
Type: The type of customers displays.
The following types of customers can display:
- Other Customers. These customers have no previous sales or service history with the dealership; however, they purchased vehicles during the report time frame.
- Repeat Sales. These customers have sales history with the dealership and purchased vehicles during the report time frame.
- Service to Sales. These customers have service history but no previous sales history with the dealership; however, they purchased vehicles during the report time frame.
All Sales Trans: The total number of all vehicles sold to each customer type during the entered date range displays.
Sold Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles sold to XtreamService prospects during the entered date range displays as a link. Click the link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the transactions can be reviewed.
The following fields only display if Gross Profit is selected in the Displayed Results field in the Report Criteria section at the top of this screen.
All Sales Gross Profit: The gross profit generated from all vehicles sold to each customer type during the entered date range displays.
Sold Match Gross Profit: The gross profit generated from vehicles sold to XtreamService prospects during the entered date range displays.
Match % of Total Gross Profit: The percentage of total gross profit generated from vehicles sold to XtreamService prospects during the entered date range displays.
Avg Gross Profit per Transaction - All Sales Trans: The average gross profit from all vehicles sold during the entered date range displays.
Avg Gross Profit per Transaction - Sold Matches: The average gross profit generated from vehicles sold to XtreamService prospects during the entered date range displays.
The following fields only display if Revenue is selected in the Displayed Results field in the Report Criteria section at the top of this screen.
All Sales Revenue: The revenue generated from all vehicles sold to each customer type during the entered date range displays.
Sold Match Revenue: The revenue generated from vehicles sold to XtreamService prospects during the entered date range displays.
Match % of Total Revenue: The percentage of total revenue generated from vehicles sold to XtreamService prospects during the entered date range displays.
Avg Revenue per Transaction - All Sales Trans: The average revenue from all vehicles sold during the entered date range displays.
Avg Revenue per Transaction - Sold Matches: The average revenue generated from vehicles sold to XtreamService prospects during the entered date range displays.
